Erica Cottle I was born and raised in the barbecue capital of NC- Lexington (yes, the red sauce is better), and ever since my first serving job at age 15, great customer service has been key to my career. In 2001 I graduated from UNCW with a degree in Psychology and a teaching certificate, and believe it or not, I use skills from both disciplines on a daily basis! After a lengthy trial in restaurant management I finally discovered “what I want to be when I grow up,” and made the move to Sheally Insurance Group. This field suits me to a tee- it's as though I have been in insurance all my life, and I can honestly say that I love my job. As the Vice President of Operations, my daily activities include a full range of what the insurance industry has to offer and I am always up for learning something new. I am proud to include in my list of accomplishments that I have a wonderful husband, a new house and a love for anything that has to do with the outdoors…especially scuba diving.
