Susan Joesting My name is Susan Joesting and I was born in Clinton, NC. At the age of 2 my family moved to Wilmington and we have lived by the beach ever since. I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. However, most of my professional experience has been in the medical field. As a result, I have earned more than 15 years of administrative experience in various settings and specialties. This includes a firm understanding of the importance of genuine customer service. I am a seasoned professional with knowledge from sales to management. In 2008 I decided it was time for a career change and I set out to obtain my insurance license. I grew up being close to the insurance industry through family and have always had a curious interest in the business. I began at an online insurance company and discovered the call center environment just wasn't for me. I missed the one on one interaction with my clients and decided to make the move to Sheally Insurance Group where customer service is key. |
